These guys are awesome! I called them out to rekey my house when my wife lost her keys. They told me what time they'd be out and kept me informed while on their way. The driver called me to let me know when he was 15 minutes away. I didn't expect that and it was nice that he did so. Once at the house, while keying one of the doors, he found that it wasn't latching properly. That was a problem we'd been having for years now ...

If i could give ten stars I would they are friendly and super helpful the dealer wanted to charge me $300 dollars to program a new key for my durango , the Lady that works there sorry I dint get her name , shetold me to buy key online and get code for free from dealer I did both and brought them to her she had my new key program within 30 minutes for 40 dollars!!! also told me if I bring her the spare key that i left at home she could program it for free what service I recommeded them to a frined from work and she came back as happy as me with there prices and service..

Paul is a miracle worker! My key was stuck in the ignition. Like completely stuck. I couldn't even turn my car off. Paul was able to remove the ignition switch, and they replaced the housing. They worked extremely hard on my car. It wasn't an easy job. But they got it done. Everyone there was extremely friendly. They went above and beyond, and I'm extremely grateful! And their prices are more then reasonable.

This is my 2nd time using jack key service..they are Very friendly people, excellent service, always on time and a great reasonable price. The way they cut the keys is always right on the first time not like other competitive key services which you have to go back and recut in order to work.. Overall I rate them 11 out of 10.
